You can download one <a href=\"http:\/\/berner-iwg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/submission_form.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If this is your first time HS-testing you also need a &#8220;Memorandum of Agreement&#8221;. You&#8217;ll find it <a href=\"http:\/\/berner-iwg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/memorandum_of_agreement_en.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now you take your dog to your vet and ask him to draw a blood sample from your dog in a 1-2 ml EDTA tube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fill in the Memorandum form and the submission form. Your vet also needs to fill in his details. Check &#8220;HS test&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Send the forms and the blood to:<br>ANTAGENE <br>6 all\u00e9e du Levant 69890 La Tour de Salvagny <br>FRANCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be aware, that some countries have restrictions on sending blood to other countries.
