Here is a short tutorial on how to order a SH test from Antagene.
First of all, if you haven’t already, you should go to the Antagene web site and sign up as a user.
Next you need a “Submission form”. You can download one here.
If this is your first time HS-testing you also need a “Memorandum of Agreement”. You’ll find it here.
Now you take your dog to your vet and ask him to draw a blood sample from your dog in a 1-2 ml EDTA tube.
Fill in the Memorandum form and the submission form. Your vet also needs to fill in his details. Check “HS test”.
Send the forms and the blood to:

Be aware, that some countries have restrictions on sending blood to other countries. Ask your vet if this applies and what to do if it does.
